We are a small business that relies on cash flow. Works were done you agreed to the payment terms and now for some reason 10 days later you still haven’t paid it. we hope to continue to provide great work on site but to do that we have to stay in business and that means customers must hold up their end of the deal. this is simply a complaint about having to pay

Response from the owner:Jason, we’re very sorry to hear of your disappointment and we understand how upsetting it is to discover damage to your car. Please know that we welcome any evidence that shows this was caused by our work and would act immediately if fault could be established. For context, during a garage door installation a large portion of the work is completed while we are locked inside the garage, with no access in or out until the new door is operational. On the day of your job, multiple other trades were working across the property — painters and contractors unloading ladders and equipment — around the public roadway where your vehicle was parked. With no witnesses or evidence linking the damage directly to us, our insurer has confirmed that a claim from our side would not be valid. In these situations, the only practical outcome is for the vehicle owner’s insurer to manage the claim, as they would if damage was discovered without a clear cause. We trust the professionalism and awareness of our installers, who are confident no impact occurred from their work. At the same time, we acknowledge that accidents can happen and we remain open to reviewing any further information that may arise.
