The Garage Guys’ Rick did a great job servicing my B&D Rolla Door. Rick is a genuine, good guy.

Rick from the Garage Guys came to do the annual maintenance service on my garage door. He is very professional and courteous. It’s obvious that he is very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He is also very willing to share his knowledge on all things related to my garage door which i find very helpful and fully appreciate - it certainly beats having to read the instruction manual from cover to cover.I have always had a positive experience in all my dealings with the Garage Guys (they installed my garage door) and Rick was no different. He is very helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with.I will always go to the Garage Guys for anything related to my garage door.

Contacted Hillsdale Garage Door Repairs t/a The Garage Guys on 13/08/24, BUT unknown to me, they sub-contracted my job to an unknown operator for replacing two re-coil springs (not the correct model), two wire rope and one roller. Less than one month, my sectional garage door was not working properly/smoothly and jamming on occasions. Contacting this principal on 3 consecutive days (10, 11 & 12 August) to send their experienced technician to rectify the work was ignored. From my experience, I would not recommend Hillsdale Garage Door Repairs to anyone

Used them to repair our garage. Rick arrived punctually during the promised time. He was courteous and professional. These guys are honest and fair, excellent service and would not hesitate to recommended them!!

Was happy with the new roller door, installation and turn around time, however our experience was soured by the payment process which did not allow for bank transfer rather credit card only and we were forced to pay the 1.9% fee ... $20 just to pay them using the only payment option that they gave us. Not good.

Everything was so easy from the start until finish. From getting quote & measurement through installation. Professional and friendly service, everything well explained and works perfectly. Very happy we chose B&D and The Garage Guys. Highly recommended.

I can't fault these Guys. With excellent ongoing communication, they were punctual, professional, helpful, friendly and they did a great job. My door was assessed and I was given a price before the work was started. Nothing was too much trouble for Daniel or Lucas. Exceptional product but what has prompted me to write this review is the exceptional service.Having complained about paying more than I had anticipated for a top of the line B&D roller door, I received a response within 25 minutes at night - the owner is clearly proud of the business’ good reputation and waiting until working hours the following day was not an option.My complaints were addressed with dignity and honesty and restitution was offered - despite my learning that much of the miscommunication had actually been my fault.The customer service from beginning to end has been terrific, as were the technicians who installed the product.Honesty is important to me and this review is well deserved.

My garage door broke when the spring snapped and I needed to get it replaced. I got a quote from another company but The Garage Guys were cheaper by a few hundred dollars and their communications were also better. The service from them was great from start to finish, although there was quite a wait over the Christmas period, but that was to be expected. I'm very happy with the job they did. They took away all the rubbish and the old door, and left the garage in good condition. I had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Well done, Rick & Lucas! Initially, had a problem with my electrical socket and this led to what I thought was a simple short circuit issue when I placed the roller door plug into the faulty socket. Got my electrician to check and he confirmed it had actually damaged my roller door motor which is pretty old and needed replacement anyway. Got in touch with Rick & Lucas and quickly they came, replaced the motor two weeks ago and everything is working fine. Yes, I would recommend you get in touch with them if you have any issue with your garage door.

Rick was an absolute pleasure to deal with, we had a new door installed. Tenants list the remotes Rick attended with new remotes filmed the procedure on using new remotes so all could refer back to. We will definitely engage them again.
