Exceptional product but what has prompted me to write this review is the exceptional service.Having complained about paying more than I had anticipated for a top of the line B&D roller door, I received a response within 25 minutes at night - the owner is clearly proud of the business’ good reputation and waiting until working hours the following day was not an option.My complaints were addressed with dignity and honesty and restitution was offered - despite my learning that much of the miscommunication had actually been my fault.The customer service from beginning to end has been terrific, as were the technicians who installed the product.Honesty is important to me and this review is well deserved.

Very prompt & courteous. Looked as though they really knew what they were doing. Bonus was they passed on some handy hints to extend the life of my doors.

I was extremely pleased that Rick was able to get a service team over to repair my garage door within a couple of hours of calling.The work was very professional and efficient, couldn’t fault it at all and would happily use the Garage Guys again, and have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody.

My garage door broke when the spring snapped and I needed to get it replaced. I got a quote from another company but The Garage Guys were cheaper by a few hundred dollars and their communications were also better. The service from them was great from start to finish, although there was quite a wait over the Christmas period, but that was to be expected. I'm very happy with the job they did. They took away all the rubbish and the old door, and left the garage in good condition. I had a great experience with them and would recommend them to anyone.

Well done, Rick & Lucas! Initially, had a problem with my electrical socket and this led to what I thought was a simple short circuit issue when I placed the roller door plug into the faulty socket. Got my electrician to check and he confirmed it had actually damaged my roller door motor which is pretty old and needed replacement anyway. Got in touch with Rick & Lucas and quickly they came, replaced the motor two weeks ago and everything is working fine. Yes, I would recommend you get in touch with them if you have any issue with your garage door.

I don’t know about you but when I need to call someone to fix, repair or install something I sometimes get a bit of a sense that it’s going to be hard. Great company to deal with. From initial contact to completion, The Garage Guys left me feeling confident and happy with my choices of door-type, colour, and installation date/time. Installers were prompt and communicated well regarding time of arrival, and the result was perfect.

Messaged Rick last night that we needed garage door fixed as cable had snapped. He replied within 1 minute and said he'd be here today at 3pm. Right on time which was very impressive, he explained everything thoroughly. Rick and Lucas finished the job in just over 1 hour. They were both effecient, thorough and really friendly guys as well. Just had Rick at our place to look at our garage door. Received a text message 10min out and then upon arrival. We needed a new cable as it was wearing away. When I mentioned that the door was also rather noisy Rick did a ‘grease and oil change’ and it is now really quiet and working perfectly.He explained each step/option very clearly and I was most impressed. Highly recommend Garage Guys and Rick really knows his stuff 😊

Needed one $25 cable replaced. Got told over the phone I needed to replace two cables despite having the other one replaced 12 months prior. $480 for the 25 minute job. No thanks I’ll do it myself.

Rick and Lucas did an amazing job to resolve an issue following our recent installation. They took the time to work through the problem and explained what they had to do to address it. There was also a further challenge with the auto lock, which was identified shortly after they left and they were happy to return straight away to tackle and ensure all issues were resolved completely.

The guys were on time, did a great job, were professional and the overall experience was positive.
