I recently had a very stressful situation where I had my bag stolen with my garage remote in it. I contacted The Garage Guys and spoke with Rick, who within an hour had dropped off a replacement remote and sent me an easy to follow instructional video on how to program it, and voile! Crisis averted. Thank you Rick for your prompt and thorough assistance, I am very grateful.

We contacted The Garage Guys as we had a 1927 garage that had falling apart gates and pillars that were both damaged and not straight. Initially it was to get information as to what needed to be done to be able to fit a door.
Steve came out. I think he was shocked, but gave me the advice I needed to get it ready for fitting a roller door. Drawings and specifications were emailed.
Some two months later and Steve came out and inspected my work. Remeasured, and gave us a final quote. It was almost the same. Actually slightly cheaper. Placed the order. Four to five weeks estimate.
In fact three weeks and they want to install but I still need some time. Delayed install till after the weekend.
Install day. Notice that they were on their way and link to show how far away. Kind of ubber like.
They were all done in under two hours. Very professional.

I needed a remote control for a very old roller door and The garage guys not only had the right remote in stock but also provided exceptional service. Rick was fantastic - helped me program the new remote, erase the old remotes , and reconnect all of the remotes without any hassle.. He really went above and beyond to make sure it all worked perfectly. I truly appreciated his time patience and willingness to help especially since I am not very tech -savvy. Had the Garage Guys out to replace guide wires on my Panelift door. The technician arrived on time, explained what was to be done, went efficiently about his work. When he had finished, he showed me all that he had done and left everything clean and tidy.

My garage shutter broke while my car was trapped inside. The company quickly sent someone to open the gate and let my car out. They replaced both springs and cables, serviced the shutter within two days, and charged only $600 in total.
Another company had quoted $500 just for the first 20 minutes of a call-out! Professional and honest!

Nick and Oren were fantastic. The install was done well and professional work. I had one minor hiccup with a door closer, but I could not have asked for better service. The guys went out of their way to make sure all was corrected and that I was happy with the outcome. Our wooden tilt door died after 25 years. The hinge replacement was difficult with very tight gaps. The Garage Guys, and especially Oren, spent a lot of time solving all the unique problems of the job. The end result was excellent. I highly recommend The Garage Guys.

Last week I arranged with The Garage Guys to have my elderly Mums garage door seen to. It had stopped working after 30 years. Today Egor and his offsider came at the arranged time, Spoke to Mum about the problem, Reset the motor, greased all the connections adjusted the springs and the door is once again working like new. Both the guys were courteous and explained what they had done very clearly to Mum and myself. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Boys did an excellent job in a quick manner of time and were really nice to my grandma while I was at work. Called them for a second quote as thought the estate agent’s repairman was ripping us off.
